We create a custom design tailored to your space and goals — layouts, materials, and finishes. This gives you a clear picture of the final result before any work begins. A design fee applies, which goes directly toward the cost of your project if you move forward with our proposal.
Step 04 — Proposal & Approval

We put together a detailed written proposal covering scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. Everything is spelled out so there are no surprises. Once you approve, we lock in your start date and get to work.
Step 05 — Build & Delivery

Our crew shows up on time and works clean. We keep you updated throughout the build and don't consider the job done until you've completed a final walkthrough and are satisfied with every detail.
